Having High BP. Exercise, Remedy?

what is the effect of drinking cold water by someone with high blood pressure . What exercise can you recommend for someone with high blood pressure. What advice can you offer to someone who is on BP medication and yet BP rose from 130/85 to 160/95 within few hours every day and therefore required medication to bring it down.

Dear patient

Thanks for your concerns. The effects of cold water on blood pressure may be variable either increase decrease or remain the same but changes will last only a short time; the best medication for high blood pressure is regular aerobic exercise; most patients need more than 1 medication to control their blood pressure on the long term.

Yours truly
