Single sided headaches are uusually due to Migraine or Cluster Headache
, which I suppose your Neurologist
must have ruled out after examining you.
You can take pain killer like Diclofenac
50 mg twice a day after meals along with a muscle relaxant
like chloraxazone and an antacid like Omeprazole
Hot fomentation of your neck and back and application of pain relieving gel will be helpful.
Also avoid heavy weight lifting.
Use pillow which is neither very thick nor very thin.
If the problem persists get yourself examined by an Orthopedician.
