Having Headache, Nausea And Dizziness After Being Hit On The Head. Should I Worry?

Hello, last night I dropped something heavy (wood, redecorating...:-)) on my head behind my temple maybe 1/2 inch. It has a pretty good knot that hurts to the touch. I have also had a dull headache , nauseous, and have had some dizzy spells. One that scared me a little today. I feel like I m foggy. Should I have concern?
