Having Genital Warts For 1 Year, Getting Worse. Any Cure For This Illness? Chance Of Reoccurance After Surgery?

Hi doctor I'm facing and now scared of my situation because its probably been one year. I think I've contacted an std , Genital warts and they don't seem to go away or even lessen they just seem to get worst and I'm really scared that ill have it all my life. Is there a cure for this illness? Or do I have to go to surgerie ? If I go to surgerie is there a chance it will come back? Please doctor I really need your advice

There are certain surgical procedures for removal of warts.
One method involves application of topical agents such as TCA, podophyllotoxin, etc on the warts.
Other methods involve physical ablation such as cryotherapy, laser, electrosurgery and excision.
There is always a chance of recurrence of genital warts.
The treatment also takes time to show effect, so you need to be patient.
