Having Gastric Problem. Feel Like BP Increases When I Visit Doctor. Guide
my age is 43 years recently is stop chewing tobacco last few months ia am having gastric problem and when ever i am going to doctor to check bp my pulse rate an bp increased 160/85 pulse rate 93 before one month 140/90, in office when my boss talking my bp increased an big bloating, at home i feel normal but when i go to doctor for bp checkup feeling change and pulse rate bp increased,

on three consequent days.
In my hospital I advise my B P ( fresh cases) patients to sit and and wait for 10-15 minutes before any reading of B P.

your are not a cardiac patient
but your progressing
you having gastric problem since many days
because of this your blood get impure that why it get sticky
so keep concentration on gastric problem
so follow following think
1)two time food only 10 am and 8 pm
2) in between liquid diet
3)take proper amount of food ie half amount food
4)keep hot water drinking
