Having Frequent Chest Pain. EKG Test Showed Irregular P Waves, CBC Showed Low Hemoglobin

I have been having frequent chest pain for about two weeks now, it started the week before the ACT and I figured it was just anxiety. But now that it's been two weeks and it's gotten worse sense I have gone to see the doctor and a cardiologist. I took an EKG which showed irregular P waves and had a 24 hour holter monitor put on which showed 100-150 average bpm throughout the day and regular while sleeping. I also took a CBC which showed low hemoglobin, any thoughts on where this chest pain is coming from?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really can understand your concern, the chest pain nowadays became very common all the chest pain is not the cardiac pain of course can be Gastric reflux in origin, I would advise you to start taking the proton pump inhibitor and the Omeprazole 40 mg would be the best just one tab, at evening time for six weeks will give much better result along with this avoid taking alcohol, coffee, heavy meal no smoking before go to bed, divide your meal in three part have alkali food keep your stress level nil, you well get very good result, have good day.
