Having Fizzing Sound Above Jaws While Swallowing, Impression Of Fullness In Ear And Pain In Right Eye. Are They Linked?

i have a fizzing sound above my upper jaw (toward the back of the nasal cavity) which occurs when i swallow or open my mouth and is accompanied by a tingling above the teeth at the back. it is not tmj disorder as it can occur without the movement of the TMJ. it is also not the eustacian tube opening because i have had that before and does not sound like this(this sounds like a rainstick). it is on both sides and gives the impression of fullness in my ear. it is definatly worse toward the end of the day.
not sure if it is related, however, I also get a constant high pitched ringing which i can only hear when there is no external noise. i also get a pain behind my right eye and feel that these could all be linked. any ideas doc?
