Having eating disorders. Can stay without eating the whole day. Stomach pains when eating. Reason?

When ever i eat i can t seem to hold it down very well and i don t know why. I don t eat alot as i never think about food and i m never really hungry, i can go a whole day without eating because i forget. I get really bad stomach pains when i do eat and i plot a lot. I am also really stressed at the moment which might have something to do with it, but i have had this problem for just over a year, What can i do?

It seems like there is a problem in your eating pattern and added stress to it. Your eating lifestyle is bizarre, you cannot continue this way for long time.

First, you must eat 3 meals regularly without skipping them. You should not go without eating for a whole day; it is not good for the health. It will affect you in the long run.

Also, you suffer pain when you eat food, that means to say that you may be having a chronic gastric erosion problem.

You may need to get an upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy done to rule out any pathological concerns.

Please consult a skilled nutritionist, plan your diet accordingly, and stick to it.
