Having Ear Infection, Taking Alerfix. Feeling Irrational, Painful And Itching. Advise?

iam living in UAE!
i am having ear infection for the last 8 years, as per the instruction of my Doctor iam taking Alerfix tablets in b/w three days, but now a days i am feeling more irritational, painful &itching. but still i dont drink cold juices, not using cotton buds and using ear pluggs while taking showers.

As you are having ear infection since 8 years, its a chronic infection. better to get treatment to remove cause for it, instead of avoiding recurrence, consult ENT specialist for ear examination. any perforation in ear drum needs to be operated.
Your symptoms of itching pain shows some fungal infection or chronic irritation of ear canal.
