Having Blisters Under Butterfly Stitches After Implant Was Removed. How To Cure Them ?

I had my implant removed on thursday and I had butterfly stitches put over the wound where they took the implant out, the whole area around the stitches has been really warm and itchy, i just noticed the skin under them didnt look right, so i peeled a bit of the stitches back, and the skin under it has blistered?! Its totally see through and there are kinda red blobs under the blister? help?

Thanks for query,
Do not try to scrap the wound,it will produce infection,
Now go for antibiotic medicines,
Do dressing daily with antibiotic cream.
