Having Back Acne. Worse After Consuming Egg/dairy Products. Advice?

hey so i have back acne and i noticed the more egg/dairy i consume the worse it gets so ive cut them out of my daily consumption im 19 and my mum worries about me not consuming milk / dairy but i just want the acne to go away. ive tried tetracycline it calmed them down abit but they came back. some are black heads some are white heads some are just red and hurt. what can i do any advise??

Welcome to HCM.You need to be examined by your doctor who can investigate and treat you.You need to avoid unsaturated fats/fried or oily foods, stress and strain.Regular exercise,fresh fruits and vegetables/salads ,whole grain bread and other healthy foods will help.local use of antiacne medication like adapalene gel

hello.. acne very common at your age group.. dont worry this is due to harmonal changes.. the only thing to do is keep acne infection free by regularly bathing, avoid excessive fatty food.. and if in case acne get infected, you can locally apply antibiotic ointments after consulting with your physician.. thank you..

You need to consult your PCP/GP who can examine you and guide you.Use of local preparations like Adapalene gel/Benzoxyl Peroxide ,local and oral antibiotics,avoiding stress and anxiety will help.A Dermatologist may be sought if the symptoms persist.Avoiding saturated fats,junk food ,eating healthy with green vegetables and whole grain bread may help.Ruling out food allergy to egg protien may help.
