hi doctor, i had an arbotion on 9th january and had sex on 12th but now i teste and it was positive and also my breasts are paining, too big and leak milk substance is it possible am pregnant again or its all normal for my breats to be like that after arbotion

As your abortion was an abrupt stop to pregnancy, your body is only still coping with the fact that pregnancy has been discontinued. It was prepared with the hormones to support pregnancy and so on.
The reason why you tested posituve was because you still have these hormones which will slowly reduce with time. Please have prorected sexual contact if you do not intend on conceiving as you are dealing with life here.
