Having Acne And White Heads Problem. Using Clindamycin And Benzoyal Peroxide Gel. Suggest

Hi,
I am 28 years old and married. I am facing acne problem on my jaw line both sides. And also white heads problem from the past 6 months.I have also taken treatment for 3 months. They gone but when i stopped taking oral medications they come back. I am using clindamycin and benzoyal peroxide gel mixed with metrogyl gel daily. But it has left red coloued marks on my skin and i am still getiing pimples. I also get white heads which is bad. please suggest.

Hello,
You seem to be acing adult acne which is little resistant to treatment.
After consulting with your doctor, you could take a course of oral retinoids. They have to be taken strictly under supervision as they have significant side effects, especially if a woman on it gets pregnant.
You could continue using the above mentioned creams. It is important to use it for at least 6 months even after all lesions clear.
You could do procedures like whitehead extraction and chemical peels.
Have lots of water. Have a good diet. Avoid fried items.
