HI. HERBAL MEDICATIONS ARE MNOT CONSIDERED SAFE FOR DIABETES AS THEY ARE NOT STANDARDISED PREPARATION. MOREOVER IF YOU ARE PREGNANT , THEN THE BEST DRUG TO CONTROL YOUR DIABETES IS INSULIN AND NOTHING ELSE. NOW BECAUSE YOUR DIABETES CONTINUED WELL BEYOND YOUR PREGNANCY, BUT AT THIS TIME IT SEEMS ADEQUATELY CONTROLLED. IT MAY BE DUE TO METFORMIN. IF IT IS SO THEN CONTINUE WITH METFORMIN. YOU HAVE TO ACQUIRE LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS LIKE 150 MINUTES OF AEROBICS, OR JOGGING PER WEEK, ATLEST 5 DAYS IN A WEEK AND 30 MINUTES PER DAY. ALSO A DIABETIC DIET CHART AS PER YOUR PHSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL AND ACCORDING TOYOUR BODY WEIGHT WILL BE NECESSARY. YOU NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT ALSO.
