Have tiredness easily, trouble sleeping, hair fall, sensitive skin, develop cuts easily. Cause?

Hi, I am 20 years old. I normally have trouble sleeping, but I can get by with a few hours, maybe four hours a day. I get tired very easily, even from walking up the stairs. I notice that my hair has been falling out more, and have tried switching shampoos to help. My skin is very sensitive as well, and I have changed to a milder body wash as a result, and I find that I get cuts very easily. I was wondering what could be the cause of these changes?

Hi, you are having telogen effluvium along with some internal disease , which causes tiredness, fatigue and weakness. You should be investigated to find out .. Anaemia, DM,thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiencies, any other internal disease. Apply mild steroid lotion in scalp daily at night. Do herbal shampoo twice a week. Oil the hairs with almond hair oil. Improve nutrition. .. Take healthy food. Take proper sleep, take tab.alprazolam 0.25 mg at night. For hair growth, take biotin tab. 10 mg daily. And if you found some internal disease, proper treatment should be taken. Avoid worries, stress, anxiety... I hope you will get good result.. Still, you consult dermatologist.. Ok
