I was reading the last post about having spells it is the same thing I have .Have been to several doctors had all kinds of test run they all say they can't find anything. I am so frustrated I kinow there is something wrong. What can I do? They seem to think it is anxiety attacks. But this happens everytime I get up from a seated position.

Hello,
If its happening each time you are getting up from the seated position, then it cannot be panic attacks. You should get checked for postural hypotension where in the doctor measures the BP in sitting position and immediately after getting up. If the fall is significant, then it is called postural hypotension and may mimic panic attacks.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
