I m also having Sinusitus The Blood Tests were all taken and it revealed that there is a very Mild Thyroid Border level Fluctuation. I went to Dermatologist and he gave me some lotion and ointment to apply. Now day before Yesterday i noticed that there are some brown spots that are formed on my body. Hi there ~

I understand your concerns.

1. Whitening of nail tips may be due to anemia or another circulation disorder. I wonder if you have been taking multivitamin/multimineral supplements, and would recommend it if you have not. Also Iron supplements to increase your hemoglobin might help with the condition.
2. Alopecia barbae is a very common condition and unless you plan on having a beard it is not at all concerning. I would not give this diagnosis much thought. I usually recommend that my patient stop taking any oral medications for skin disorders like hair loss. However if your condition is improving, I would leave that upto you and your dermatologist to determine.
3. Sinusitis is easily treated. Avoiding the allergen is the easiest thing to do to avoid sinusitis. I also recommend my patient to use antiallergy medications for sinusitis if it is very bad. The most common medicines that are used are antihistaminic agents. I recommend that you visit with an allergist / immunologist for the right medications.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
