Have Severe Throat Pain, Ulcers In Throat, Tiredness, Fever. On Nemadeze, Strepsils. Am I Okay?

Hi, I have severe throat pain with sort of ulcers in my throat, tiredness along with some small spells of temperature..A doctor prescribed Nimadeze & mazidon with Strepsils 3-4 days ago..but not helped much. Someone have suggested Vizylac to me. The pain arises when eat or sip anything. Please suggest the best way forward as it has been 4-5 days since it all started with Fever.

plz do write the salt
you have throat infection ,,you should take --
1. Tab. Augmentin 625 mg three times a day
2.Tab. Chymoral plus three times a day
3. Tab. paracetamol 500 three times a day
4. Cap. Vizylac two times a day
5. Cap. Pan DSR once daily half an hour befor meals
6. Disoral gargle 2 tsf 2 times a day before meals
7. Betadine gargle 2 tsf in 2tsf water for gargle three times a a day after meals
this treatment for 4 days and report back that if your are fine then continue for 3 more days and stop.if not then need to examine you.
take soft diet,non spicy,,do not eat outside food,,avoid hot spicy and sour things.
