hi seborrhic dermatitis is difficult to treat completely.smells bad usually indicates it is a fungal infection hence use of antifungals for a longer time can cure the condition.use of flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 3-6 months a antibiotic twice daily ,antihistamine at night and application of moisteriser along with momate f ointment in the morning and keto b ointment in the night can cure it .if no response use isotretinion 20 mg alternaste day for 3-4 months
