Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
After going through your available details your THR(Total Hip Replacement) was done 4 years back, it is unlikely that it is infected. Both CRP and ESR are markers of inflammation in body,

C-reactive protein is not normally found in the blood of healthy people.
It appears after an injury, infection, or inflammation and disappears when the injury heals or the infection or inflammation goes away.

Prolonged elevated levels of C-reactive protein are at an increased risk for heart disease, stroke, hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes.
ESR is also non specific marker of inflammation and used for monitoring prognosis.

Your Lymph Nodes are enlarged hence get them examined and if necessary they can be excised and biopsy can be done to know the cause.
If Lymph nodes are insignificant then it may not be required .

Hope this information helps.
Take care
Good Luck.
