Have Recurring Groin Pain. No Burning While Urinating. Urine Analysis Showed Pus Cells. Took Antibiotics. Treatment?

please i am experiencing groin pain but no burning sensation while urinating. this has been for about a year now. urine analysis did confirm pus cells in my urine. i have used antibiotics several times. it goes but keeps reoccurring. of recent i did a sperm test for presence of bacteria. it was negative but my worry is the sperm released for the test was low. please what do you think the problem is and how may i tackle it.

Hi,
It seems that you are having chronic recurrent UTI.
Go for urine routine and culture test.
This test will give bacteria causing this infection and specific antibiotics working against it.
After report go for long specific antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Take plenty of water.
Without seeing complete semen report it is difficult to give any opinion regarding your sperm count.
