Have Raised Gel Like Substance In Eye After Cataract Surgery

Had cateract surgery 3 months ago. After check up everything was fine. Now I m seeing a jelly like raised substance on my eye where the incision was made. Looks like a raised gel like substance of about the size of an eraser. Stings in that area.Hurts to a pain level of 3. Scratchy sensation. Must be maybe an infection of sorts. Can I use eye drops as of now the clinic will not make time for me. SoI m a bit upset.

Hello
It seems from the history that you had underwent cataract surgery 3 months back and now complaining of gel like thing at the incision site.
This may be wound healing problem following surgery. Ad of now do continue using eye drops as advice and do get consultation with your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
