Have premature ejaculation. Is it a result of masturbation? Why am I depressed?

sir I am a male 21 years old. I am masturbating from past 8 years (sometimes up to even 4-5 times a day as well) and still a virgin . sir I am suffering from the problem of premature ejaculation . whenever I masturbate, I usually have a fall within 10 seconds. although in past i used to hold up to 3-4 minutes as well. Hi,
Thanks for query,
There are four stages of sex.
Arousal ,erection,ejeculation & lag period.
Lag period 's duration is from 2 hours in young age to 4-5 days in old age.
Once you are in lag period & if you get arousal or erection any way you get weak ejeculation or early ejeculation.
This is due to your over masturbation.
Excess is always poison.
Keep a reasonable gap between two act.
Divert your mind from sex by busy your self in other activity.
Do meditation or yoga.
