Have Pneumonia, Constipated. On Antibiotics, Giving Ghee. What Is The Reason?

Dear Sir, my daughter was suffer from initial stage of pneumonia when she was 06 month only on that time doctor give her high dose antibiotic due to that medicine she is dont pass stool on that duration after that doctor give us one medicine to us and told us to apply it on baby's anal after applying this she passes stool very hard. Now she is 1.5 year but facing the problem of severe constipation. Doctor suggest us to provide 7 to 8 spoon ghee to her. Before using antibiotic her motion was normal. So i like to know that what is the reason of her constipation & how we remove it.

Hell dear pneumonia or antibiotics is not a direct cause of constipation and vpconstipation in children is auite common,,,,,now what to do ,,,hope baby is being brest feed with solids ,,,,,,after every fed give her burb,give her bit of makhan bafore feed,,,,,in solid foods give her dalia,avoid potatos,in khichri use makhan instead o oil,,,,give her plenty of water,,,give a multivitamin called vidaylon 1 table spoon two times. Day to her it will improve her apetitite and giput motility ,yes cerelac sometimes causes constipation ,,,,,i hopecmy answer is helpfull to you take care stay blessed
