Hello dear, Firstly i would like to know about some details, your age, sex, occupation. Are you applying some creams or cosmetics on your face? Age and sex both are very important as they can be related to some underlying diseases like Polycystic Ovarian Disease in females where usually there is weight gain, excess hair on body with disturbed menstrual cycle seen in young females. And depending on the severity of pimples , you may need oral antibiotics also. But that can be assesed only by a doctor whether these antibiotics are really required or not, or whether pimples can be controlled by using topical medications only.
