Have Pain On Left Side Of Head. Vision Is Blurred And Twitching. Advice?

Hi I'm 26 and for the past 3 days I've been having a pain on the left side of my head above but behind my ear it's not constant pain but when it does come its like being hit round the head with something big and hard. When it's gone all I can feel is heavy pressure in my head. Also my vision is blurred and I have no balance or co-ordination. Tonight where I have the pain I have started experiencing twitching.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Your history is consistent with L) sided episodic headache with transient visual blurring and twitching , possibility mild type of fits to be considered .(without loss of consciousness)

It has to be confirmed by clinical examination and supported by investigation ( CT scan brain with contrast needed to rule out L) hemisphere structural lesion and EEG)

You Should consult neurologist for further plan and management
