Have Pain In The Breast. Had Breast Cancer Earlier. Ultrasound Test Done. Can It Cancer Again?
I had breast cancer two years ago and tested positive for the BRCA gene. I also am triple negative. Ive been experiencing breast pain in my left breast, so i had an ultrasound today. They found a small lump. I will have core biopsy tomorrow but wont get results for at least three days. What are the chances this in not cancer? What would it be? Please help!

In view of your positive breast cancer history, the chances of this not being cancer is less likely. Contrastingly, you are triple negative.
The chances of this cannot be predicted as such unless the core biopsy confirms it.
My suggestion to you is to remain patient for a few more days and go ahead with the management of the same based on the result of the core biopsy.
