Have Osteoarthritic Changes On My Left Knee, Reduction Of Joint Space With Sclerosis Of Articular Margins. Need Knee Replacement?

I have osteoarthritic changes on my left knee perticuklarly on the joint space beween the femur and the tibia with oseophyte formation and reduction of the joint space with sclerosis of the articular margins. There is degenerative change in the patellofemoral joint on the left. Should I have a knee replacement ?

Thanks for using HCM.It would be best to seek the opinion of a Orthopaedic Surgeon who can examine you and guide you further regarding the feasability of a joint replacement .You may need therapy for the OA even after the surgery for the other knee.losing weight if obese will help.
