Have On And Off Lump Between Labia Majora And Thigh. Painful And Hard. Reason?

Hi, am 21 an for over a year now i hace being having an on and off lump between my labia majora ny tigh. It is very painful and hard when it appears but after 2-3 days it becomes less painful and soft. I squeze it and get a blood stained discharge from. It vanishes and appears again after sonetime. Am really worried. Pls what might be the cause?

HI you may be suffering from infected bartholinis cyst.There are glands present close to labia majora and minora called bartholinis glands if due to some duct blockade secretions accumulate and a cyst forms then it might get infected again and again .you could have a antibiotic course like Erythromycin but if probiem persists then you have to get it removed surgically if the lump is near the thigh then it could be some infected lymph node in that case you need to have some tests like biopsy and culture sensitivity of secretion in order to decide furthur course of action.
