Have Morning Sickness, Painful Abdomen, Back Pain, Tiredness, Spotting, Delayed Period, Sore Breasts. What Is The Reason?
Im 18 years old and I have not had sex or even my first kiss yet, but my period is 4 or 5 days late and I am having weird pregnancy symptom's like tender breasts, back hurts (but more mid to upper back), morning sickness almost, more tired (but I do stay up late for hw but that's been going on for a couple months) and strange pains in my abdomen area I guess you would say. I had weird spotting today, but it was very very tiny and brown. I don't understand why this is happening and im pretty scared.

As you stated in your query , these symptoms may be due to .
1 Amenoorhea ( no bleeding ) due to stress of work or tension , so please relax .
2 May be due to overeating , as overeating develops pain in stomach with cramps, so also tenderness in breast
3 May be due to Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease or PCOD, this is most common cause in young female , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries.
In my opinion first of all get in ultrasound of abdomen , but before this test , wait for next period date .
If second period shows any abnormality then consult a gynecologist and get his opinion and ultrasound.
