Have Lumps On Groin. No Pain. What Could It Be?

I have a few lumps on my groin , and some between my groin and my left leg. All the lumps are on the left side and are soft and some of them have a little black/purple spot on top, though that may just be torn flesh from me picking at it, but I m not sure. I haven t had any other problems, felt ill, or anything like that. I don t feel sick in any way. I think that they may be swollen lymph nodes but like I said, I don t feel sick at all. These bumps have been here for at least 2 or 3 weeks, and they haven t grown, though I believe that a few more have shown up, so I have 3 or 4 total now. They do not hurt at all, and they only feel slightly sore when I push on them hard. Like I said, they don t itch , hurt, and they aren t really causing me problems. I m just really curious and a bit worried as to what they could be. Anyways, I m a Male, 23 years old, about 5 11 feet tall, 290lbs. Any idea what the problem can be?

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple Sebaceous Cysts in groin .This area is rich in sebaceous glands hence prone to develop sebaceous cysts due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally these cysts subside of their own over a period of 1-2 months but may need to take treatment if get infected or increase in size. Consult General surgeon for clinical examination and advice.
