Have Lower Back Tightness, Pinched Nerve Feeling, Cracking. What Could Be This?

I have lower back tightness mostly to the lower right sometimes minor swelling and a pinched nerve feeling; and lots of cracking/popping all the time; even if I am just standing and reach for something or move my back in any motion it always cracks/pops. What could this be? Should I see my doc? I'm hesitant because funds are tight. Thanks so much for your insight

hi ,
i have read your problem ... you have low back ache ..you should get digital xrays of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view done send me the reporting or show reporting to your doctor .. for the mean time do back strengthening exercises given on you tube ..apply hot packs 30 mins in morning and evening . avoid weight lifting pushing and pulling heavy objects . took painkillers + muscle relaxants only after discussing your doctor..
be positive in attitude .. believe in god ... thanx
