Have Lost Weight, Nausea, Excessive Thirst, Urination. Have Palpitations. Lose Appetite, Hair. Treatment?

I have been having alot of problems lately. In the last 6 weeks, I have lost almost 17lbs without trying. I have been having random nausea spurts throughout the day. I have excessive thirst and excessive urination (assumed from drinking so much) i have random heart palpitations where my pulse goes up to the the 110s-120s from a baseline of about 70s. I have lost almost all of my sex drive in the last year. My appetite has decreased in the last week or so. I am losing my hair, no bald spots but it falls out more than usual in the shower. I am always tired, even with a full good nights sleep i feel extremely tired. What is wrong with me?

Hi
Weight loss, nausea, excessive thirst and excessive urination, heart palpitations(fast beating), decreased appetite, sexual debility, hair fall, tiredness are symptoms indicating that you may be suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, though you assumed excessive urination due to drinking too much. So you need to test Urine and blood sugar(random if possible fasting and postprandial) to confirm it. If it turns to be DM, you need to consult a physician or diabetologist for necessary advice regarding diets and medications.
