Have Loss Of Hair, Itchy Scalp, Dandruff, Hair Thinning. No Family History Of Hair Loss. Treatment?

I am 25 years old losing lot of hair, no family history of baldnes, my father has full head cover at 60.
I am losing lot of hair for over an year, I have a itchy scalp, dandruff, and feel my hairs are getting thinned all over my head, I find thin hair all over my desk and pillow, with just a scratch in scalp I break more than 10 hairs.
Please tell me something that can help, is it hormonal or something, what should be the treatment done in my case.

You seem to have developed androgenetic alopecia along with dandruff.
You might need specific therapy for this male pattern of hair loss.
Mostly minoxidil is the preferred drug in such cases.
In addition, you will need anti fungal topical drugs and shampoo for the dandruff.
Hair loss in males is a preventable skin condition if the treatment is started on time.
So I would recommend that you see a dermatologist soon and start with the treatment soon.
