my quistion is last night well i better tell you is i have m s and i im on a lot of meds. and i im seeing a internal medicine doctor and i have nerve pain but last night i fell and hit my head on a wood chair just behind my left temple it cut and bled and now i feel dizzy and light headed is there anything i can do.

Yes, you primarily need a medical consultation. There are chances that your problem could be due to some medications, but also out of trauma. So better get evaluated and bad ones ruled out.
