Have Irregular Periods, Getting Mild Cramps, Achy Breast. Not Active Sexually. What Is The Cause?
Why are my periods so irregular? I m 18 years old and started my period at the age of 13ish... The first couple of years it was a little off but I know thats normal, but why is it that it doesn t come as often? I can go up to 3 months without it. I m not sexually active.... Sometimes I get symptoms such as mild cramps and achy breast
I understand your concern. My suggestion is to visit your gynecologist to make a proper examination because there are a lot of reasons why you have irregular periods. One of the reasons is your weigt, either obesity, either weight loss, or eating disorders can lead to irregular periods. Excessive excercise, stress, emotional problems can also be a reason. You may have gynecological and hormonal problems, such as policystic ovary syndrome. So the best would be if you visit your gynecologist to see the exact reason. There are also medications to balance your periods.
I hope this asnwer is helpful to you.
