Have Intermittent Headaches With Dizziness, Tunnel Vision And Constant Pressure Sensation. Is It Related To Hypothyroidism?

I never used to get headaches, but here lately my head hurts nonstop and everytime I stand up I get dizzy and have tunnel vision. It almost feels as if my brain is drowning, has a constant pressure. Like when you are upside and the blood rushes to your head. Today my legs went numb and really weak. I'm 19 years old and 145 pounds. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since I was 7.
