Have Hypertension, Blood Pressure Problems. Have Blurred Vision, Arm Numbness, Dizziness. Suggestions?

Hi. I have had hypertension for about 15 years. I have been experiencing blood pressure problems for about a week now. I am usually 120/70 every single time. I am 40 years old. I have recently lost 45 pounds because I had the gastric sleeve in March of this year. I am not considered "obsese" anymore. Having said that, lately my bp has been strange. I has been 102/88 for the last few days. After losing the weight I went off my toprol (bp meds for a while) However, the last 4 days I have taken it again. I am also experiencing blurred vision (like vaseline in my eyes), and numbness in my right arm comes and goes. Last week, I had headaches which have now subsided. That is the reason I checked my bp to begin with. I feel dizzy at times and severe weakness. I am anemic and have an appt. this month with my hemotologist to check to see if I need an iron infusion. I have just attributed the weakness to low iron, but now I am beginning to wonder due to the other symptoms I have been experiencing. I realize I need to make an appt. with my general doc, but would love to hear any suggestions you may have as to what could possibly be going on.
Thanks,
R
