Have Hives On Neck, Itching, Pus Filled Cracks, Painful. Taking Cortisone, Benadryl, Used Neosporin. Is It Eczema?

Hello,
Five days ago I broke out in itchy hives on my neck rather quickly. It has spread slightly to my lower cheek and there is a dry patch under my eye. I have been treating it with cortisone 10 and took Benadryl (with no resolution) since then maybe 3 days ago I have a small circle on my hand with a liquid/pus that leaks and gets crusty, this is still occurring and my finger tips have started cracking (I treated that with neosporin and new skin and that seems a bit better as in the pain is gone, but the cracked fingertips are ongoing. I also have a very itchy patch on my foot..this is about the size of a Ping pong ball with many smaller "blisters" with fluid in them... It doesn't appear to be eczema, I experience eczema periodically, but this seems different.... I am an itchy mess and cant sleep because I am scratching! Please help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have an allergic reaction, to some food, or cosmetic, or some thing of that sort. It appears that there is superinfection with some bacteria over the allergic spots.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe levocitrizzine, betamethasone, erythromycin, and a combination preparation for local application. Thank you.
