Hi welcome to Health care magic forum, Your symptoms head ache, nausea, heightened sense of smell, and fatigue suggest hepatitis.(jaundice) in the first visit or in the starting stage doctors usually miss.
Other causes are headache due to any reason fever, anxiety, tension, etc may cause all these symptoms except smell change. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods, as these may cause gastric irritation , nausea, etc.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
