Have Had Several Surgeries To Remove Some Organs, Blind With Cone Dystrophy, Losing Peripheral Vision. Any Advise ?

Hello... This is about getting PID when I was 20-21, and I never had any signs. I m now 51, went through 5 surgeries, one being a laparoscopy, (Please excuse any misspellings!) . Afte the lap., they did 3 surgeries, taking a little of my female organs out, a littte at a time. This happened in 1983. They then flushed me with this blue dye stuff, ad sent me home. I urinated that blue dye for weeks. Then 7 months later, I collaped at work. I had emergency surgery the next day to remove my left overy...all that was left. I was told hat PID had 4 stages, and mine was moving to the 3rd stage, going to my brain. Then it would go to my heatr and I wold have died. They saidt his would have taken 4-6 months. I know it's odd t be askig this so late in life, but now I m legally bling w/ Cone Dystrophy and Bullesye Macularopathy. My vision is now 20/3000, and am losng prrepheal vision. Does PID hav to have a final location to goif ithas pasted through all tese stages? Was I told the truth?? I lost the chance to have childern at 21,nd I guess you could say, I never have really gotten ove this.. Never wanted to talk about it,and parents swept i under the rug, like I did something wrong when I never had any signs of any infection or a STD... But... have a great husband of 25+ yrs., but always wonderd..Did they tell me the truth?? Couldyou please advise?
Thank you for yur time.

Hi, it not possible to come to a conclusion about the condition. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. It will be better to explain the symptoms rather than the diagnosis like PID.
I to my patient with such infection, order for a culture and sensitivity of the veginal swab, and come to a conclusion, and treat according to the result, by giving a treatment with double antibiotcs. Thank you.
