Have Had A Hair Transplant. Been Advised Finasteride, Keraglo, Grecapix, Mintop. Side Effects Of Medicines?

i have had a hair transplant and been advised 1) FINASTERIDE 1 MG for 9 months 2) PABATAB BZ 1 tab far 2 months and 3) keraglo 1 tab for 1 month. to apply mintop 10% twice daily and grecapix gel once daily.
i am 26 years old and unmarried.
would like to know the effects and side effects of these medicines especially the tablets

you have been prescribed a correct regimen,

But finasteride may have some side effects like temporary impotency.

Although there is controversy whether this side effect really occurs.
