Have Groin Pain. How To Avoid This?

I been having groin pain for the past days and well i dont know where it really is sometimes i feel it in my lower abdomen, at times in my inner thigh other times i think its my testicle ,but when i touch the testicle it doesnt hurt at all but that dull and achy steady pain is still there never really leaves and its not the first time i get this pain.

Hi and welcome to HCM,thanks for the query.
First,you should find the exact cause of your inguinal pain if there is one. It can be just pulled muscle and then it should pass in several days. but if there is associated testicle pain it may indicate hernia or epididimits and some less common disorders. You should do at least urine analysis and testicle ultrasound and everything would be more clear.
