Have Genital Warts On Penis, Got Burnt Over There. Color Is Changing. What Could Be This?

i used to have genital warts on my penis and i burned three time for 2 months until they go, at that time i had also small wound on my sulcus and the dr wasnt sure if it s genital warts or not but he burned it. Anyway, a month later i saw that a gray color appeared on my sulcus and the skin looks dry when i touch it.. I don t really know what is it?

This sounds as though it scarring due to the cauterization. However it isa good idea to have a follow -examination as genital warts have a high percentage of recurrence . Also damaged skin in that area will be at higher risk of trauma and/or infection. Please have this seen to. Kind regards.
