Have Functional Dysphonia. Having Pain In Throat And Headache. Suggest
hi, i'm singer and sang too much recently not using a correct technique i suppose. my ent said that vocal folds are ok and i have functional dysphonia, so i need a speech therapy. the problem is that it has been a month and i feel a big pain in my throat when talking, sometimes also my back and ears hurt and i have headache. How can i get rid of the pain? I can't sing anymore and feels like i have a spasm at the muscles..
you have to completely diagnose the situation the same condition can also occur in sinusitis and reflux oesophagitis the post nasal drip can hburt the ears also and irritate the vocal cords and reflux oesophagitis can force the acid to vocal cord area causing the same you get diagnosis according to these diseases and can treat if these problems are there and after treating vocal cords clear up but take very long time
