Have Erythema And Burning Pain Sensation In The Back. Taking Antibiotics. What To Do?

Hi, I'm a 22 year old female and since last night I've got some erythema accompanied by a burning pain sensation in the line that separates both butt cheeks. All of this affecting from 1-2 cm above the anus to the point where the line dissapears. I haven't gone swimming or anything and in fact I started feeling pain while I was studying last night. I've been applying some talc with antibiotics (Neomicin and Bacitracin). Should I continue to do so or should I try something else?
