Suggest Treatment For Erythema Nodosum

Hi, I have had chronic erythema nodosum for 14 years since the age of 16 and have seen a dermatologist for it. He done blood tests a chest ex ray and a biopsy. All of the results came back normal apart from the biopsy. I was also diagnosed with firbromyalgia about 2 years ago and suffer with a hiatus hernia. The erythema nodosum can occur on upper and lower legs, stomach and arms. It has usually flared up a few times a year but at the moment it has been present just over a year with only three and a half weeks of them disappearing when I Was on holidays in Turkey now they are back again. My family had wondered if it could be lacking a certain vitamin so asked my GP to check my b12 which is normal also my GP thinks the flare ups might be down to a viral infection but I don t understand how that could be when they haven t gone for over a year now. Many thanks
