Have Crusty Formations On Male Nipples, Painful. What To Do?
I have crusty formations on my MALE nipples. The right side is painful to the touch and the left side is getting there. My doctor said the crusty formations are barnacles , and I thought they were marine creatures. I am getting concerned and so is my wife. What to do next ?

Crusty formation over nipple is nothing serious most often unless there is a continuous oozing.
It may be due to normal collections of debris of skin peeling which has to be cleaned then and there. It could be due to eczema also.
Paget,s disease of nipple is a rare variety which may be a precancerous condition.
If you consult a Dermatologist, he/she will help you in this regard.
