Have Cough. NCCT PNS Shows Soft Tissue Dense Material. Surgery Or Medicine?

sir my age is 36 . i have problem of cough with some dense material coming out. ENT HAVE SUGGESTED me NCCT PNS which shows soft tissue density material is seen particularly opaeifying S/l ethnoid and almost opacifiying b/l maxillay sinues
Lfrontal sinus and b/l sphenoid sinues show mild focal mucosal thickenings
B/l omc are blocked
R frontal sinus is clear
R sided iferior tursinate mucosal hypertrophy seen
Mild sstoped DNS seen
what treatment is used for such case any surgery or medicine treatment

Dear

your problem indicates towards sino-nasal disease- pan sinusitis with deviated nasal septum. You need a course of antibiotic (amoxycillin + clavulinic acid), analgesic/anti inflammatory, nasal decongestant, steam inhalation for 2 weeks, followed by Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) with endoscopic septal surgery.
