You may be suffering from IBS. However your symptoms can be also caused by partial bowels obstruction due to inflammatory bowels disease (Crohns disease
). Especially if you do have had any blood in stool
, mucus in stool or diarrheas before.
I suggest you to have some diagnostics as it does not seems to go away by itself. You should visit gastroenterologist and have physical examination, abdominal ultrasound, abdominal X-ray
, blood work and urine analysis. If no findings, colonoscopy
should be done. Abdominal CT with oral contrast (enteroclysis) might be also necessary.
